EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is a therapy technique loosely based on the techniques of acupuncture or acupressure.
EFT uses the same basic energy meridians in the body to eliminate physical, emotional and mental issues.
With EFT we balance the energy system of the body to relieve these ailments. This video will walk you through the tapping technique. You will be able to conduct the practice while I demonstrate it in the video.
We will be tapping in the fear (the people pleaser mindset that we are working to shift) and tapping out the desire (the self-compassionate mindset of a person who prioritizes her needs, her self-care and the boundaries required) that we are shifting to in your life.
With repetition, tapping is an incredibly effective tool for you to support and heal your body, mind and soul, and create the desired change.
