The first time I shared my story was on CBC radio. I immediately received multiple messages from people thanking me for being so open and honest. I instantly felt lighter. Over time, I realized that shame was losing its hold on my life because I was giving my story a voice. I finally understood that I wasn't alone in my suffering... none of us are! Helping others was healing for me and it became the fuel to keep sharing my story.

Let me take you back a few years into my own journey...
5 years ago I shared my story for the first time. I shared my story of being a mother who experienced teen substance abuse far beyond the level of experimentation. The drugs came into our home, and they never left. I shared how shame became my way of life, as I allowed my own story to keep me in a choke hold. As I continued to share from the stage, I felt a bizarre sense of healing take over me. It was a release I had never experienced before. Audience members approached me and said, “that’s my story and I have never told anyone before”. It was in that moment that I knew I wasn’t alone. I had no idea the impact that I could have, simply by speaking my truth. That impact became my fuel. I had a story, and it not only mattered, it gave others permission to heal, too.
That is where my life as a speaker started.
I started journaling and writing and in the beginning it was mostly to find clarity, to make sense of the thoughts in my head. I didn’t know what I was doing, I just started. After months of journaling a mentor said to me, “I think you have a book inside of you!” She was right!!
I decided to join two different collaborative books, I leaned into vulnerability and I really learned how to share my story. This was instrumental in learning how to open up and write my own book!
I felt called to move to writing my own book. I didn’t know how to write a book! I didn’t know where to start, how to put it together or if “the idea” would ever become an actual product?
I knew I could learn HOW to write my book! I asked questions, I interviewed publishers and I knew when I found the right one. After 11 months of dedicated work, learning, more edits than I could ever count, trust and blind faith, my book was released. “When She Stopped Asking Why” became an Amazon Best Seller in six categories and is still in the top 10 on Amazon in two different categories over 20 months later.
The floodgates opened! Women were constantly reaching out to me, asking “help me to learn how to share my story”. After hearing this message repeatedly I realized I was being guided to the next stage of my business. It became crystal clear that I was building a platform to serve even more people, and with more stretching, expanding, mentorship and growth, here I am today.

Are payment plans available?
Yes you can pay in full, in 2 equal payments or in equal monthly payments over 6 months. 6 month payment plans have additional charges.
What if all of the seats don't fill?
The program is already running. These are extra seats that have opened up!
Can I get extra support or add the one-on-one coaching once the program starts?
