2:00 PM EST — We kick this fireside chat party off with a powerful exercise to identify and free yourself from the story that has kept you stuck in the past.
3:00 PM EST — So you want to write a book, and you can already hear the voices in your head saying, “You’re story isn’t BIG enough; who’s going to care; and you don’t know how to share it while leaving everyone in integrity.”  Was I close?  I’ve got you…. In this segment, we will break down the book ideas, how to simplify it, and bust through those limiting beliefs mentioned above.
4:00 PM EST — Join us for a SHORT (15 mins) but POWERFUL EFT Tapping on releasing a negative emotion and shifting to a new empowering emotion and belief.
4:30 PM EST — Plant a goal in your future timeline -- see it, feel it, hear it & show your subconscious mind that it’s already done with a powerful hypnosis.
