No. OUTSPOKEN does not require you to be fully "healed" or "transformed" yourself before you can become a practitioner.

What it does require is the willingness to do the work on yourself as you go. You cannot deliver subconscious-level transformation to clients without being willing to walk through the same processes yourself. That's part of the training.

If what you're actually looking for is to do the deep personal work without the practitioner training, UNBOTHERED is the program for that. Some students do UNBOTHERED first, then OUTSPOKEN. Some go straight to OUTSPOKEN. Either path is valid.

OUTSPOKEN is a small-cohort, live-taught certification with a capped number of seats. Because of that, all sales are final once enrolment is confirmed.

Yes. OUTSPOKEN graduates use NLP, EFT, hypnosis, and the other modalities you'll be certified in directly in their client work in their coaching practices, in their service-based businesses, in their leadership and mentorship work.

A few honest notes on what the certification is and isn't:

→ It is a certification of demonstrated practitioner skill in NLP, EFT, hypnosis, and the other modalities taught.

→ It is not a license to provide mental health treatment, therapy, or medical care. None of these modalities are.

→ It does not require any specific insurance or licensure to use in coaching contexts, though laws vary by region, and we recommend you research your local requirements if you have specific concerns.
