#225: Ownership vs Radical Responsibility 

In this Monday mindset episode, I am sharing my thoughts the difference between ownership and radical responsibility.  Radical responsibility is taking massive responsibility for your life regardless of your current situation or circumstances. This is sitting in awareness and responsibility for what we are each choosing to do in our lives.  Radical responsibility is the only way to get to ownership.  Below is a link to a previous episode I did on Radical Responsibility.  

In today’s episode we discuss:
1) It starts with radical responsibility and full awareness of what our actions and choices are not in alignment with the direction we want to go. When radical responsibility is low it tends to be the time when our self care game is so low that it isn’t serving us.

2) Two people cannot take ownership for one thing because if no one owns it, then no one owns it and if no one owns it, then nothing changes. There has to be some form of consequence attached to a decision in order for anything to change.
