#200: The Power of Ownership

In this episode we discuss:

1. The tipping point for all change starts with the feelings we avoid – guilt, shame, hiding, anger, resentment, blame, etc. Deciding that we don’t want to feel these feelings any longer is when change starts.
2. This is where we own it. Ownership is the start of radical responsibility. We recognize our role in the story, and we can then see the lessons that our story taught us.
3. Now we are ready to embrace vulnerability – we find our voice, we build our courage, confidence and allow ourselves to be seen. The other things that come into play here are boundaries (energetic and physical), values, standards, expectations, self-care, and receiving. If you don’t own your story it owns you. 
4. We have cleared the path to make room for what is next in your life, new experiences, people, and opportunities.
