During this time, following intense burnout from her corporate career, Lauren got back into health and fitness. A lifelong athlete, she began sharing her health journey on social media and "accidentally" started a health and fitness business, which thrived for several years before Lauren chose to focus all her energy on public relations and marketing. Today, Lauren is the CEO and founder of Influence+IMPACT, a PR and influencer marketing agency that helps entrepreneurs elevate their visibility and make a global impact. She is also the founder of The PR Accelerator, a hybrid mastermind-coaching-agency program that teaches growing entrepreneurs how to scale their business through public relations.
