#192: Watch Your Expectations
In this Friday fact episode, I am sharing my thoughts on expectations and how especially at this time of year, especially in the year 2020, that we have to be aware and mindful of the expectations we are placing on ourselves. The holiday season is approaching and this year will be different for all of us, and to give ourselves a fighting chance for success, it starts with watching our expectations.
In this episode, we discuss:
- The definition of expectations is putting our energy into trying to control future events that we have zero control over. This is not a great use of our energy which is our highest commodity resource that we have.
