In this brand new Friday fact episode, we are talking about the concept of judgment.  Judgment is something that stops a lot of people from showing, living their life, being authentically true to who they are at the core and as a result, their people can never find, hear or see them because they are not showing up.

1. If you are afraid of being judged, or of the fear of judgment of others, learn how to own that and call it out early, it puts you in the ownership position and in the space where it leaves little room for discussion.
