#173: Let’s Talk Judgement

Season #3 Episode #173

#173: Let’s Talk Judgement

In this brand new Friday fact episode, we are talking about the concept of judgment.  Judgment is something that stops a lot of people from showing, living their life, being authentically true to who they are at the core and as a result, their people can never find, hear or see them because they are not showing up.

In this episode, we discuss:

  1. If you are afraid of being judged, or of the fear of judgment of others, learn how to own that and call it out early, it puts you in the ownership position and in the space where it leaves little room for discussion.
  2. Being afraid of the judgment of others is being afraid of the people in our past and in our present, yet your story could be made for people who are in your future! You are meant to impact people who haven’t even crossed your path yet and they can’t hear you until you find the courage to speak up!
  3. There is no one in your life who will judge you more than you have judged yourself. I promise you this is the truth.
