#171: Who Are You Hiding From?
#171: Who Are You Hiding From?
In this mindset episode, we are talking about the concept of hiding. Hiding is such a common thing that so many people do, myself included. We don’t want to let others in, or we want to do it all by ourselves, either way, trying to do it on our own is the fastest way to nowhere. Join me today as I share the lessons, I have learned about hiding and how it is a much more powerful thing to do to let ourselves be seen by the world.
In this episode, we discuss:
- Identify who you are hiding from, who you think you are hiding from, and be honest and clear with yourself. Why are you doing it and keep asking yourself the questions to create clarity?
- What is the worst thing that could happen to you? What if you are already living your worst-case scenario?
- What if you can reframe the questions and ask how your story has helped you to be who you are today?
- What would it feel like to not hide any longer? Stay in the emotions and feel the energy of what it would feel like!
- What is it costing you to hide from others? What experiences are you not having because you are not allowing yourself to be seen?
- If your journey is only about yourself, it is too small. Making it about others, creating impact, and making a difference, is an incredible feeling!
