#136: Saying Thank You to Our Past Stories
#136: Saying Thank You to Our Past Stories
In this mindset episode we are talking about owning our past stories and saying thank you for the lessons. Our past stories make us who we are, and at one point our strengths become our weaknesses. Nothing will change until we accept and decide that we must do things differently. That doesn’t mean hating our past stories. It means owning all parts of ourselves and make the choices that will take us in the direction of what we want to create in our lives.
In this episode, we discuss:
- Our past stories make us who we are. It doesn’t serve us to hate them. We can’t deny ourselves or accept only the parts that we love. It doesn’t work that way.
- Embrace all the stories that make us who we are, that is truly where our power is. Every single relationship we have in our lives stems from the relationship we have with ourselves. It all starts there.
- Call out the old story that has made you who you are. Be aware of it, call it out, and love it.
- What one new story that you would like to re-write about yourself?
- Fully understanding and embracing your stories is the path to completely changing your stories and the start of building your business.
