#135: What is Missing in Your Business?
#135: What is Missing in Your Business?
In this mindset episode, we are talking about the missing pieces when building a business. We tend to spend so much time thinking about logos, websites or platforms that we forget that the most important thing to bring to your business as an entrepreneur, is learning how to bring yourself to your business. You are the thing that makes your business unique. You literally are your business. The more work you do on yourself, the more you will allow yourself to be seen in your business.
In this episode, we discuss:
- Using this space that COVID is giving us to look at the possibility of starting a new business. There are so many people who are creating new businesses to put themselves in the driver’s seat of their future.
- When you are building your business, don’t get wrapped up in all of the things that actually don’t matter. You are your business. As an entrepreneur, you are the heart of your business. How you show up and allow yourself to be seen is a factor in how your business grows.
- This is not the time to overconsume, sit in comparison with others, or measuring your success to others who are building their businesses. This is a time to go internal and allow yourself to show up in your most authentic way possible.
- If you feel like no one can hear you, ask yourself if you are trying to sound like everyone else? When you sound like everyone else, no one can hear you. You are not doing yourself or your business justice and you may be stunting its growth.
- Learning how to bring yourself to your business will allow it to grow to levels you could never imagine.
