#56: "Leap and the Net Will Appear" with Patricia Coulter

Season #2 Episode #56

#56: “Leap and the Net Will Appear with Patricia Coulter"

Today we chat with Patricia Colter.  Patricia is an Artist who discovered the joy and peacefulness of painting after dealing with the loss of her daughter.  Patricia finds comfort in her painting and it has given her a new lease on life.  She encourages everyone to find some unique way of honouring their creativity in their lives and especially during the healing process of loss.

In this episode we talk about:

1. The power of our following joy and letting it be the compass to shift our energy and help us deal with loss in our lives.

2. Our inner voice/intuition is always speaking to us, helping to guide us through difficult times, we must learn to honour and listen to that voice.

3. Gratitude is the most powerful energy to shift our energy especially when we find ourselves in the space of “it is not fair”.

4. When the energy becomes stagnant and we feel stuck, first acknowledge the emotions. Then recognize that there is tremendous power in shifting our energy by moving our bodies and following what brings us joy.  We can shift our energy and change our state.

5. Remember that we can never say enough, “I love you’s, and to allow ourselves to share our emotions more frequently and more freely.

6. By using our gifts we can help others to find their gifts to work through difficult times in our lives.

7. Change is possible!
