#41: “Loving Your Puzzle Pieces”

In this Monday Mindset episode we talk about blooming where we are planted and appreciating each step of the process. When we step back and look at our journeys and learn how to own our stories, we tend to see in hindsight that there are puzzle pieces that have come together to help us get to where we are today.  Each puzzle piece is important to creating the whole picture and sometimes we need to be reminded to love on each puzzle piece. 

Today I share the importance of recognizing and reflecting on our puzzle pieces. 

In this episode we talk about: 

1. Grounding ourselves and learning to bloom where we are planted in the present moment, every step is truly part of our journey. 

2. We have all overcome one challenge in our life that we never thought we would, and in reflection we are more capable, persistence and stronger than we tend to think. 

3. Recognizing our puzzle pieces and how each one has an integral part of creating our life picture.  Every piece of the puzzle is important and necessary. 

4. The power of putting the puzzle together to own our stories and ultimately rewrite our stories. 

5. Slowing down to appreciate all of the steps we have travelled to get to where we are today.  We must appreciate and bloom in the present moment in order to bloom in the future.
