Lessons Learned From Podcasting Hiatus

Season #4 Episode #305

In this episode, I am sharing some thoughts I learned while I was on a forced podcasting hiatus for over a month while my podcast changed platforms.  These lessons continue to hit home as I continue to embrace all aspects of entrepreneurship and all the moving balls that keep firing at us.

In today’s episode we discuss:
1) Entrepreneurship is one of the biggest learning curves I have ever been on.  It requires radical responsibility, ownership, letting go of control, asking for and allowing myself to receive help, consistent self-care practices, implementing boundaries, and rinsing and repeating this process daily.

2) I learned that I truly do love this aspect of my business.  Not everyone will agree with it, and that’s ok.  It is our job to follow what we love and what brings us joy.

3) I re-learned the power of surrender and trusting the process, especially when that process doesn’t make sense.
